Town and Village Working Together

The close working relationship developed by the administration with East Hampton Village has resulted in the restoration and beautification of North Main Street where village and town property meet. It includes new drainage, sidewalks, landscaping and lighting and in 2007 work was begun on the three-acre Labrozzi property with restoration of the historic house and creation of a park-like setting. Also, at the easternmost entrance to the village, development rights for an 11-acre parcel of farmland were purchased jointly by the village and town.
